These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of duoninilaundry.com and any related services provided by EPTH PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Services
We provide laundry, curtain cleaning, and related pickup/delivery services (“Services”) as described on our website. Availability may vary by location and season. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we cannot reasonably fulfill.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or create an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information; notify us of any changes promptly.
3. Orders, Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup/delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
- Items must be available at the designated pickup location; redelivery may incur additional fees.
- Please check pockets and remove fragile items; we are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, coins).
- For curtains: ensure safe access and removal/installation conditions; additional fees may apply for ladder work or special handling.
4. Pricing, Fees & Taxes
- Prices are listed on our website and may change from time to time. Promotional pricing may be subject to conditions and duration limits.
- Final charges are based on actual item condition, quantity, fabric type, and any special treatments requested.
- All fees are quoted in SGD and, where applicable, inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated.
5. Payments
Payments are due at order confirmation unless otherwise stated. Online payments on duoninilaundry.com are processed securely by Omise Payments. We do not store, process, or have access to your full card details. Merchants are prohibited from storing card data under Omise policies and PCI DSS requirements.
6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- Cancellations or changes must be requested before pickup time. Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible.
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
- We may cancel orders due to unavailability, safety concerns, or other reasonable grounds; you will be notified and refunded where applicable.
7. Care Instructions & Limits of Cleaning
- We follow care labels and industry practice. Some stains or discoloration may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
- “At owner’s risk” items (e.g., embellishments, aged fabrics, sun-damaged or color-bleeding materials) may be declined or processed with written acknowledgment.
- Natural wear and tear may be exacerbated by cleaning; we are not responsible for latent defects.
8. Loss & Damage Policy
- Please report any loss or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our liability, if established, is limited to the lower of: (a) proven cost of the item (with receipt), or (b) 5x the cleaning charge for that item.
- We may repair or replace at our discretion; settlement constitutes full and final resolution.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate item descriptions and disclose special conditions (e.g., delicate fabrics, pre-existing damage, pets, allergies).
- Ensure safe access for pickup/installation; inform us of condo/security restrictions.
- Collect items within a reasonable time after notification; storage fees may apply after 30 days.
10. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the website, interfere with security features, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in reviews or communications.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to EPTH PTE. LTD.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
12. Promotions, Vouchers & Credits
- Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers.
- We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not sell or share personal data; see our Privacy Policy for details and contact channels.
14. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPTH PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services or the website.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPTH PTE. LTD., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, accidents, labor disputes, government actions, or interruptions of transport or utilities.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Where appropriate, parties agree to consider amicable resolution through mediation or the Small Claims Tribunals before commencing formal proceedings.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
